This is a hand-drawn, digitally inked piece that was thought up by myself after watching a little bit of the film Starman, starring Jeff Bridges. I still have not finished that film yet. I need to watch the rest of it with my boyfriend.
Anyway, this is but the first part of a series I want to develop. The music was composed by Ryuichi Sakamoto for the somewhat-similarly themed video game L.O.L. Lack of Love for the Dreamcast.
But I hope you enjoy this film as much as I enjoyed making it. And look out for more Robot Love in the future. It's gonna be awesome.

Oh thank you very much sir!! I appreciate your kind words. It really is a booster. God knows I need it because I drew all these frames by hand. Some of them would't scan correctly, and I left the background out of one bit, but I'm still happy with the way it turned out. I got the music from a Japanese Dreamcast game called Lack of Love. I'll hurry up with the second part ASAP!! Thanks again!!
The animation could definitely get some work done, but the idea seems cool, and I like the way you went with it, although the idea isn't too original, I still like it.
Thank you very much sir. Yeah, I pretty much ripped off the whole story from E.T. and Starman. But I put my own little spin on it. And as for the animation, I'm still working on that. But I'm glad you liked it anyway. Thanks again.
Slow, dull, drawing needs work
It will get faster and more interesting soon. This is only part 1.
NIce work, it went really well with the music. The art was a bit weak but you told the story well. Nice job!
