Maybe try adding some sound next time?
I don't think this is bad but with some sound effects and a little background noise and/or music this would be even better.

Yeah, it's tough getting the hang of animation. It really takes a lot of work. At least you have the right attitude about it; that you will continue improving and working harder if this gets blammed. Many people get mad if things get blammed, but they don't want to work harder.
