You got the animation part down, but it needs better story devolopment and better pacing within that as well

my first really sucky animation done for my 2d Animation class in high school.

well that was dramatic. It was a well done animation indeed. You could add some lip movement and the voice acting can have some improvements. I really did like how you kept things a bit random. I don't see a problem in anything else. good job!
that was, flash? a rather weird one at that. not a bad job though, could use work
