hmmm... the art was not good, but at least the story was good, and with a funny twist.
you have nice storytelling, but please next time, make a movie with more meaning, and maybe with more characters, humour, and stuff in it.

Nice - quick and to the point.
If anything, I would recommend in the future using some additional sound effects to better sell the largest tank crushing Heavy tank (and maybe have something to go along with Light tank's small pellet fires). Other than that, nice job.
