The intro seems funny, but the graphics are bad.
There is no instruction, I didn't know, I wasn't allowed to leave the screen.
There isn't a "Replay" button on the end, therefore I've got to load the page again.
It seems to have a lot of bugs. I played one round and lost, so it said 760 cookies, then there's a 9 sec countdown, then the game starts again just to say 0 cookies and the game is over. Over and over again.

The design is slightly amusing.

I don't like it. Background and music is too abstract, isn't the main idea of the game cookie monster himself? I'd expect a cookie monster background perhaps, and cookie "points" instead of just square blocks? Blammed.

yeah, thouse color shifts arnt annoying at all. especialy when the snake happens to be the same color as the background. purple on purple? may as well be black on black. Based on the intro, i was expecting some fairly decent graphics. I was let down. Please put as much time and work into the actual game portion as you did the intro. Re-hash, re-submit.

Why are they square? You couldn't have made the snake look like Cookie Monster and the cookies look like cookies?! How lazy.
