Really like the artwork! Though, like Morgod2 wrote, there needs to be some kind of scoring or patient happiness. After the 2nd victim I just pulled all the teeth and let them go lol I'd like to think they thanked me for it- but wouldn't know because there's no scoring system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the concept but it could do with a little improvement. Some instructions would be helpful. Knowing all the controls and options available, the objectives, etc. Maybe add a meter to show how much pain the patient is in, and if it gets to be to much you have to start over. The suction and water tools seemed to do nothing. Add a way to rotate the teeth. The starting teeth obviously have orientations to the left and right sides, but the teeth available for replacement are all for just one side. Finally, how about a score. Show how happy each patient is with your job, or some other way to acknowledge what you did. I hope to see more like this.
