Why so short ...It was actually really good but toooo shoort....So the Joke can't expand that well
I spent 9 months on my last cartoon, and it didn't really gain any traction, so I've decided to go back to doing some shorter form cartoons for a while. I made this over the course of 3 days. I'm revisiting the style I used for my "Pooing" cartoon a while back. I got a lot of positive feedback on that style, so hopefully you like it.
I love reviews, and I try to respond to all of them! Thanks for checking out my cartoon!

One of my favorite sorts of jokes is the kind where the viewer gets to expand the joke in their head after they watch it! I like getting people to think funny thoughts. Also, I'm doing shorter videos now because people seem to enjoy my short cartoons more than my full-length cartoons. I uploaded a 4-minute cartoon pilot a couple of weeks ago if you feel like checking it out! I'm really proud of it, even though it got less than 1/3 of the views this one did on YouTube.
Nice little back and forth you got here.
I was expecting him to talk about how Dorothy was like mentally unstable or something I forgot how that whole thing went but nice job
Thanks! I do agree that Dorothy was most likely not in the best place psychologically speaking. And thanks for the review!
An interesting theory, never really thought about it! :P Nice animation btw, lip syncing was dead on, good clear dialogue and made me laugh. Never hurts to add a bit of color! :)
Thanks! The lip syncing was very time-consuming, haha. This is actually the first time I used my new microphone! I'll definitely consider adding a bit of color next time! [The pink tongue wasn't enough for you? ;) ]
Interesting spin on the movie, I can imagine something being further made to expand on that idea. Did you think of it or hear it from somewhere?
The animation flows pretty nicely. Each character's body language is overall relative to their tones and you did good work on keeping the mouth shapes forming to the words spoken. Nice voice acting, too!
Keep making smaller movies here and there and you'll get your steam back for bigger projects.
Thanks so much! I'm really glad you picked up on their distinct body language, because I really tried to focus on that. I was trying to get better at making the characters "act." And I thought of this idea myself!
Thanks again for the review, and I'll definitely be posting more shorts here while I develop my next longer-form animation!
