A good start. Try working more on the lip-syncing. For me personally, I feel the mouth movements are one of the key features between making a good animation or a bad one. As I said, a good start, just keep at it buddy!

Well, this is my really real first animation on the site. I decided to spin-off the bit in the Lazer Collection 5 where the guy pops the kid's balloon.
Kinda funny. Haha. I like these kinds of humor. Next time improve your drawings and animation. :) Btw, clear voice over.
