The fourth and final instalment in the Top Hat Guy series of animations by me, thelastryan.
Grab a drink, or something like it, sit back and relax, because this one episode is excellently long. It's 663.7 seconds long, which is just over 11 minutes.

not bad, not bad at all! I could even say its good, very good
I like it, its well made, has good dialogue, voice acting and animations. I was a little confused in places but that may be because i haven't watched all the installments but very well done
