I can't say its bad, there just isn't enough there to call it good. The dialog wasn't painful to read and I can defiantly see the potential of a good story. The only suggestion I can really make is regarding the memo being typed for the Hulk's scene, its not bad, but I found myself looking away several times while I was waiting for it to finish. Don't get me wrong, it is worth reading, and the typing mood is good, but at the time I just wasn't hooked enough to be hanging on every word. The only suggestion I could offer is give the viewer something else to look at other than just the words being typed, maybe?

Your code is fail central. It jumps back to beginning when you hit scene select or get to the part with army surrounding Hulk.

I give 3 stars for interest, decent animation and sound. I can see this becoming something. Keep working and you could please many viewers with this.
Don't be discouraged if some move to have this blamed just because it is short. There is something good here for sure!
