Mario has jumped unto Bowser's Keep, figuring out that Bowser has fled in his Airship. With the Help of MasterHand, and Scar, they have conjured up a machine with alchemy that will do a very bad thing. The Airship flees to Amestris to Capture the Fullmetal Alchemist, Edward Elric, to use his Alchemic skills to activate the machine. Mario takes a pipe that leads to Final Destination, which has been hovering above the airship. In this Prolouge of my new series!
