Really strange coincidence I watched this after watching creepypasta Jeff without even trying to search for it on newgrounds. Animation was okay. Maybe pick a different song in your next one. I suggest you pick one that everyone hasn't heard a million times already before.
I feel like you could do a really good creepy puppet show type thing.
As for the animation no background. If you're going for fighting vid, then I recommend you pick up the pace of it, sometimes it felt like slowmotion.

also the fight was demented and slightly funny.(i mean, when joker is buzzing him and his eyes are all ''OH YEAH'' and he has that crazy dude look...hahaha
