That so creepy. She's so open for a surprise date. That's not awkward at all. It's still really funny though, with the bad dancing. the ending is sad D:
Surprise Date! What an awesome idea for a hilarious sketch... or a terrible excuse for a newgrounds movie. Surprise date. That's it. Nothing else. That's the whole premise. There is nothing else to get. Yet, like so many unfunny premises, the necessity to demonstrate its worth spans out to a boring as hell 6 minutes and 46 seconds. Your acting was more awkward than the dialogue, and yes, the two are mutually exclusive. And yes I watched all of it. Was that a twist at the end? By the time I got to the end I really didn't fucking care, and it certainly wasn't clever enough to capture my attention. Was it supposed to be edgy because the protaganist is a lesbian? Here is a rule of thumb that I have adopted over the years. If a guy and a girl make out in public then it should be fair for two guys or two girls to do just the same. That being said, if a terrible premise is enacted by heterosexual actors (just as terrible as this one) then you gain no edgy points for making it ever so slightly homosexual.
I apologize for my candor. I know you must have worked hard on this. I would recommend redoubling your efforts into something with a better foundation instead of just a seemingly whimsical idea.
i assumed that a video on newgrounds would be bad. i skipped 2 minutes in to get into the action. i decided that it was pretty funny. just when drunk dancing was doing down and i was sure the heroe would get some hot lesbian shit going on there is a twist ending. i went back and skipped through the first two minutes to see what i missed afterwards
