Your wife has left you after buying a run-down house infested with rats and cockroaches. up to you now to make your way through the house and get rid of all of the rats so your wife will move back in with you. Squish the rats by jumping your way through a wide variety of levels in this physics-based platformer.
Sharp! Main game is great. B&W style was lovely, but thought the experience suffered from the low res menus / text / etc (and was it me or were things a little blurry?) Whatever the problem was - in this case 8-bit is not cool. Major lag when the telephone starts ringing... obviously not using 8-bit sound!! And having to reach across to the mouse between levels seems an oversight.
Rat jump was terrible. Missed your chance for an epic infinite corridor run scene. Also every third rat being a damned jumping rat gets boring - why not mix it up a little? I struggled until I realised my mistake is running backwards, other than to run back to a fixed point (think jump forward, run back (to middle lamp), wait, jump forward, run back, wait (till ran bounces in front of you!), run forward, run back, wait, rinse & repeat).
Very nice game. But sometimes game lags. It made almost impossible getting gold on rat jump for me. These lags are destroying game play. To be honest i completed this game only for medal.
