It was well-drawn and decently animated. I would prefer it to have some substance and be much, much longer. Then, I would be very interested in watching this.

Its alright, nothing too special. But its pretty good.

In terms of a full movie, this isn't much. But as your description states, this was made to be an opening to some credits. Since being a little segment that represents a company is what you were aiming for, I give it a 4/5. Why it's not a 5/5 is because I didn't immediately see a relation to the Victorian era. If they requested of that nature, be sure to focus on it. Other than that, it looks good.

The old-timey animation is great and very smooth, would love to see a series or single cartoon come out of this.
