This came off like one of those animated segments for a stand up comic joke they use to help promote the main show.
I love the story, but some how I can imagine it being more funny if the person talking had more energy and had a sense of timing.
Good stuff but needs refinement.

the face drawings, and the animation were great. who was the person sweating at 1:03?
if that's your first attempt on animating, you're either:
1) kidding with us or
2) you have great skills in flash or
3) both.
anyways, the faces are perfect. the ones of an average guy, of the popeye, of freddie mercury, of morgan freeman, or of snoop dog...GREAT!
keep it up, mate. you have serious skills.
my only complaint: this flash had no popeye in it. it needs more popeye. fighting crime.
and it needs more action! but it's perfect, so keep it up!
Oh the person at 1:03 would have been me. It's the face I use in my Rape Sloth comics I make. And yes to be honest, it was my first time animating. I'll be uploading another animation in a little bit.
The animation and the characters are pretty cool, but it wasn't that funny. You have potential, keep animating.
