Ok game, although eventually it feels like your just doing exactly what you did in the last level and the lack of music doesn't suit it well.
You need to kill the virus with good aim. Make sure you line the shot up right and get those pesky bugs. Kill them all and save your body from the evil virus.

There's definitely an idea here, but it needs way too much work for the Portal right now.
The lack of a restart feature or key is super irritating. But you managed to plug the obnoxiously large "more games" plug didn't you? It's obvious where some authors' priorities lie when they include that, but neglect basic features.
There needs to be a way to temporarily speed up the injection aim rotation. Aiming seems to be pretty key to the whole concept, so why not give the player the ability to make the best of his/her shot?
Another problem I have is the level completion screen. It doesn't match the theme of the rest of the game, and it's painfully too long. Both of these things make it really stick out like sore thumb. The player should have the ability to hit "skip" if he/she chooses.
If this game got polished up a lot, I would say resubmit it. The art and animation are already there, but the lack of features cannot be ignored.
it could do with some music, also it felt a little dry
It was alright but the game was a little laggy. That could just be my computer though it is kinda old.
entertaining needs more levels
