It's a reaction time game which can be played as single player (high score basis) and multiplayer (2 player on multi-touch supported devices).
You should place your finger to player zone (dashed area) and wait.
Light will turns in to red colour when player is ready.
You should keep your finger one the screen until that light turns green.
First the light in the middle become red, it means
On single player version which we call 'Training' you will get higher points on quicker reaction.
Multiplayer game is named as 'Duel 2 Death'. You can compete with your friend together. Quicker one will win the game.
Game is designed for 'Construct 2 Jam' by NG & Scirra
I played this on my computer where I play most of my newgrounds game and I didn't really see the point. I guess it would be a lot of fun, maybe, on a touch-screen device if your really bored...

This is a game for Construct2 Touch Jam contest. It designed for touch-screen device so you are correct somehow.
