This game was made from scratch in 48 hours for the Ludum Dare 26. Theme : Minimalism.

You are a mighty warrior, and you spend your life doing quests for various NPC in a medieval fantastic setting.
But what if your whole world disappeared and there were no more colors, no more details ? Even the way people talk has changed, only the essential words are left.
Solve the puzzles and get the world back the way it was. Or not ?

walkthrough :
http://stormalligator.com/walkthrough-this-is-not/

Controls :
- M to mute
- arrow keys
- X, C to talk to NPC
- 1 for the map (when you have it), then 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 on the map screen to go to another location (if you enter your current location, it does nothing)
- X to pick up an object when possible
- 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. to drop an object

Tips if lost :
- revisit the locations you know to see if changed.
- try to combine the objects by dropping them

Quest themed flash. The graphics start to fade away as you progress. Gameplay can be confusing as you continue your way to the ending. The idea is interesting, but the execution seems flawed.

[Playing through, I'm not exactly sure what happened but when I open the map and press 3 while jumping over the red square, I see the knight character next to a white rectangle character, and I can't move. I find this interesting.]

The game doesn't really give any help to the player, and I don't think I ever would've figured out that sign bit without reading the reviews. Also, the game just seems to end for me after the mirror bit: I go to the mirror, the dialogue is completed, I go back, and the other rectangle just continues with the "Did you see yourself in the mirror?" line. I don't think that's how it was meant to go, but nothing I tried progressed me any further.

The concept is interesting.

Great fun. Walkthrough link is broken.

good game

This was such a fun game. If you were to make a sequel, I kinda wanna see this game but it's a 3d environment.
