This is the first time I have sat down to make a toon of this length in one sitting for about 5 years. This isn't directed at anyone in particular, all of these Pokemon parodies seem pretty much the same to me, so I tried to follow the formula as best I could. Start with a battle, something unrelated happens, roll credits. People being up in arms about Mewtwos new design along with complaints about PokeAwesome 2 seemed to be as good a reason as any to make one of these things, and name it after both.
