It's The Foreigner's first time in a Japanese convenience store, and this means big trouble for the customer service workers of Tokyo.
(In Japanese with English and Chinese subtities)

Note: My intended audience is people who have had an experience in Japan.. but if you haven't, hopefully you can understand some of it! And for those who didn't know, "sumimasen" is a commonly used term in Japan. It can mean "sorry" "excuse me", etc.

I also want to note that I've tested the movie with several Japanese friends and they weren't offended... they agreed with my views of their society's customer service!
