I'm not entirely sure where you are going with this, but I like the title being the joke and how it is "misrepresented" as going insane (or something). But no, it's just the memo.
The random stuff, like the floating cat and the cupcake at the building... I don't know, I don't think it's really needed to help the joke. Or the animation itself. Which is ok.
