Shoot everyone in South Park, except Kenny, to cheer him up a bit. Uses extensive zooming camera. Has really cool music too, wish I knew who it was by.

This takes me back. Also the second song is called "Because of My Dreams" by 2 Digital.
I remember playing this game 18 years ago, so nostalgic! It's short and definitely not perfect, but it's nice for a little bit of passing the time. ^^
Also I'm surprised nobody figured out the names of the music tracks (menu and level respectively) after 24 years. At least I haven't.
Kinda like a better version of "kenny's revenge".

I'm not sure what the music in the actual gameplay is, but the menu music is "Just around the hill" by "Sash!"
