Since the quality issue is acknowledged I'll just say there is some fairly fluid movement. If you want to animate more maybe try to get a bit more movement in the next one. A walk cycle or something with dialogue that you can do the lip syncing for. Just a suggestion ;)

Ok, so this is crap, I know. But I want to get back in the Flash buisness. You can blam this or whatever but at least give some constructive critism. I want to make something big, but this is a start.
I fail to see the point of this but still pretty fluid animation so thats a good thing.
