I wasn't really sure what you were trying to say with this animation, some color would have added more to it as well.

You very clearly put the minimum amount of effort into this. I don't mind bad art, but you didn't even bother coloring this, much less take the time to give your character, background, or props any features whatsoever. Just about anyone with a tablet and access to Flash could have made this, and probably already have, elsewhere in the Portal.
To be blunt, this animation gives me the feeling you didn't really care. I chuckled at the joke, but the setup is just horrid. All you have to do is put more effort into this, so please, do.
