Not bad for your first go. Sound quality was surprisingly clear on the voice. Animation needs some work, but you're new and you got time to improve, so no worries. Some advice on writing, though: Unless you're doing a balls-to-the-walls parody, I wouldn't use names of already existing characters. I know this is just your first short and all, but "Tom Tucker" for a reporter isn't the way to go. My suggestion is to try making up fun names for your characters, even if they have no consequence. Like..."Wendy Duckington". Or "Dave Chestnuttershire". Just my take, though.

The "fawing" sound was convincing, I'll give you that.
