This is more of an experimental animation, which isn't bad, but is not really something to put on NG. Graphics are good, but you might want to consider adding more stuff in a later animation, if you so choose to make one.

It's not bad, but it's not an animation, so it should go in the Art Portal. Save it as a GIF, not a SWF.

Not much of a big deal but... since you animated this and its in Other i think it should pass
