This isn't actually broken. It's another one of numerous Newgrounds submissions that intends to be outright bizarre. This one in particular was certainly a funny trap, considering the 17 megabytes worth of waiting for multiple layers of music and a blank screen. Unfortunately, there's not much more I can say here. This silly movie really is as small as it looked to everyone else. I know this because of the style of your other submissions.
