I have to agree that the philosophical aspect seems too forced and blatant. It's probably better to be more subtle and let the imagery convey the message rather than bonking players over the head with it. I was enjoying it, though, until I got to a level that required far too much precision to complete, it was frustrating without making me feel compelled to continue, so I stopped. Yet, I'd love to come back to this when it's polished up a bit more. It's an interesting idea and a kind of game I generally enjoy.

Sound and physics(/controls) were okay.
What I didn't like were the pseudo-philosophical questions between the levels that did neither add anything to the game, nor would they in any way relate to it. Also the graphics stumped me. You had a very weird mix of mspaint (background), pixel-art (the spikes) and something that looked like vector-drawings (like the waving grass). The different styles didn't match each other, which kinda destroyed the mood for me.

I'd guess that, with updated fitting graphics and an improved level design (e.g. for making jumps less frustrating), you might be able to make this into a rather fun platformer.
Good luck with that!
