The sound was scratchy, the animation was pretty jarring, and the art could use a lot of work. It appears as if shes skating on open air. Its great you paid attention to detail on her gross face, but the rest of this animation suffers from lack of that same attention. Add a preloader, to kill the loop, and slow this down. Keep practicing.

Animation was pretty much basic and the draw style feels a little too 'clip-art' for my tastes.
Also didn't get a single bit of it :I
