Well, I DID do the voice; I've been making fun of him for years. Also, I wasn't aware that looping was a bad thing.
Look its not that this flash is horrible, its ok. It needs better art and animation, this is your first flash your excused. Its more that the idea is great BUT its been done, by Family Guy... in their first season (one of only a few good jokes that they did), and other comedians have made this joke many times over.
Don't let this discourage you, I myself am not the best animator, so just take the advice of continuing to practice animating. Everything is here, just needs to get better that is all, especially to make a joke that has been done you need to up the quality. So you have done well but need practice basically. Hope to see more by you.
