more fights!!

I gotta be honest, this wasn't good at all. However, since you put in some effort, I'll give it 2 stars and I won't blam it.

You are improving with each piece. Just a few goof-ups here and there with this one and a few more suggestions for you. The text is still a bit fast. Remember not everyone reads super fast. The formatting when goku does the kamehame is kind of too far in the upper right corner, so there is a text box but no readable text. Also when the sound of him charging is happening you should have animated somethign onto the sprite, like energy accumulating to add to the effect.

Adding background music was a very good idea, just dont forget to cite music you use if you take it from NG or elsewhere. Unless of course its your own music, then thats fine obviously.

Another suggestion is to add to the fight scenes and make them more complex. I'm well aware that dragonball's fight scenes were far from complex, but that doesnt mean your flash has to be the same. If you keep experimenting with animation and making the sound and animation come together nicely i think you will do well.
