It was ok. Animation looked fine, and audio was ok. Just short and felt out of place. Essentially when you make a parody like this it should have something the source did not (in my opinion). The animation should be obscure in the way you draw the characters or their movements, like a caricature of the source almost. Or arrange the dialog to say something that creates a funny scenario. I know you rearranged the words a little, but it felt like i was just watching toystory with lower quality animation.

Also i take it from your comments, this this is just a side short with your main shows characters. Which is fine, but i would rather see two good flashes rather than 10 mediocre ones.
