My kid brother and I always impersonate DBZ characters thanks to team4star haha. And I came out with this skit 3 days ago, After performing it live we thought... Hey this skit would make an awesome series, where Vegeta is in a constant contest with Goku and always looses... Will he win at the end? Finally?

I loled! Love 4star too! Power levels are bullshit!
I was personally kind of iffy with this. Dragonball Z parodies tend to just be hit-or-miss. Unfortunately, this one come off as a miss for me. The animation was rather poor and so was the audio. I could barely make out the dialogue between the two. There's most certainly room for improvement in this, but I'm sure you can make it. You just have to strive for it.
Aside from just that, the low rating itself comes from the joke itself, being a staring contest over chicken, kind of an uninteresting concept. I, personally, was not captivated by it and began to lose interest in it.
I suppose I'll check back in on your future work, should you continue, to watch how you progress.
