level 3 is broken

What happened to the Framerate around Level 2? My device is fine, so im confused on why it goes as far down as an fps of 2, though staying around 10.
Is it something with Ruffles Specifically causing it? The rest of the game seems fine, so im confused.
edit: nevermind level 3 broken, after a restart it automatically opens the crane and blocks off the panel your supposed to use.
