Work on the animation. The style is poor, and the actual animation is worse. Sometimes getting good art done can be hard, especially if you have no tablet, but animation is a necessity for an animation. For instance, add a few inbetween frames in when they are swinging the shovels. One extra frame could make all the difference. A few different character models would be great as well, simply changing the colors doesn't do much.
