man, after the game loads, nothing happens. Just a gray screen. Please fix that, so I'll rate correctly.
Play the role of a leader of a WWII commando who is charging through ennemy lines, you can upgrade your leader and make a team of 3 more mercenaries who can be upgraded too All of this in a cartoonisitc ambiance

fun... but the game is somewhat buggy
oh?
I'd like some infos on where there's bugs and how they appears in order to correct them please
Halfway through.
First, nobody is "infiltrating" the enemy lines. You'r main character is charging trhough them dressed like Rambo. Rambo without the badass machinegun, anyway.
Also- the horizontal flighter aesthetic didn't quite work for the game, in my opinion. It could be made immensely better if you had chosen to adopt a "Lost Vikings" aproach (if you were born in the 90's, it's a very nice SNES game and you could do a lot of tactic experimentation for your concept based on it).
Controlers are poor, the coin-shooting system was flawed and the game has a rather boring pace.
Now, for some good points: Nice concept, although underdeveloped. Soundtrack is quite matching and WWII is always a big hit. Polishing the idea and building the game in a structure that accomodates it, you'll have yourself a fine piece.
Keep up. :)
hello,
Yes you're right, "charging through" is more accurate :)
Thanks for the comments,
For the little story, I was born in the late 70's so yes I've played Lost Vikings, but I just made a try with an old arcade favorite game called CABAL (published in the 80's I guess), a simple shooter, I just tried to add it scrolling and upgrades, Like in a scrolling shooter where you upgrade your ship, I tried to mix the concept with a player who can upgrade his team..
The recipe didn't work well, but I'll try to find some more improvements in the future.
Thanks for the critics :)
Very well made game for a flash game still can use some work
