This is so great! It really looks like you guys put a lot of work into this. This video makes me feel a bit nostalgic though because it reminds me of Reboot.
The only thing I might add would be, you might want to make the captain's (the bear's) voice sound like he is really doing a global broadcast. For example, when you change scenes while the captain is speaking, you should have his voice echoing, as if the sound is travelling all over the ship.
