Perhaps you should make your Vacuole and Ribosome slightly different colors so people know they are separate buildings.

This is exactly what I'm studying in Science right now! Also, I'm supposed to make a city with all the different organelles represented, which is pretty similar to what you did. I think you did a very nice job representing the functions of the different organelles. Great job!
