Why hello to you as well Jake :D Let me share with you with few tips (no offence, just tips):
1) Put your mouth away from the microfon or if you wanna have really good voice acting follow the tips of RicePirat on youtube.
2) Put his arm behind him :P
3) Be patient and finish lips animation before submiting on Newgrounds.
4) Do not make announcements like this :P That's pointless. Just do a flash with new image, that's all. People in the comment section will tell you is it better or worse.
