Cinemadness: Deliverance

Happy Madness Day to one and everyone! I give you Cinemadness!

To those of you who are wondering what the plot behind this submission is, this is essentially a remix of the final scene from my very first flash movie, which was twelve minutes long and made with advanced wars sprites. The concept is, an agent has been sent into a garrisoned weapons factory to capture a high-valued-target, and had failed. As a result, a specialized team of operators are assigned to pull him out of the fire.

To those of you who are wondering why this isn't finished, this was not the intended upload for MD2012. I was unfortunately cut short on my original submission, and as a result had to resort to one that was already decent looking and had enough content to be presented. This was supposed to be finished before today, but then Borderlands 2 and Black Mesa Source came out this month.

To those of you who are thinking that this upload looks unrefined or unpolished, this was started well over 3 years ago, back before I used more efficient animating techniques that allowed for easy modification. I did the best I could to clean it up, but I don't think I got everything.

Lastly, to those of you who like this submission (hopefully alot of you), there's another one like it in the works, which is far more polished than this one. I couldn't get enough of it done for MD2012, but this should be the next best thing.

So again, happy madness day, and hope you enjoy(ed) the show.

Great animation, liked how it had was more tactical n shit than "madness." Wish I could have seen the whole 12 minute version of this. I should ask, are the enemies based from Replica's by the video game F.E.A.R.?
