i watched the entire bleach series up to 367 and i say this bit sums it all up. kind of a spoiler of sorts, but still nice =)

I think it's a giver that the Fullbringer arc is crappy. And where is the stem of this blasted arc? None other than Rukia saying her goodbye. In the end, she would just say her hellos again, and if you take out the entirety of the Fullbring arc, and jump straight to the Quincy arc, it would still be consistent. Besides the changes to Rukia, Renji and everyone else, there would be nothing linking the Fullbring arc. So I made an animation here demonstrating this xD Enjoy ^^
