Controlling with the mouse is sluggish and difficult. I'd suggest to make the rotations a touch quicker, and add an option for keyboard control as well as mouse control, so players have a choice of what's most comfortable for them.

The spin controls are difficult to control. They don't keep up with the mouse and make the time limit annoying.

I've seen this exact concept for a physics game many times before on other games. This one wasn't any different, except for the fact that this had worse programming than most games you'd find on a physics game site.
The movement was very choppy and annoying, even if you try to pass it off as a 'difficulty factor' the extreme easing of it all makes it a very annoying play rather than a fun one.
I think the game could really benefit from a mute button too, listening to the Kevin MacLeod music loop endlessly adds to the monotony.
