amazing !

This is how super mario should have been. It's a perfect blend of everything you can ask from a platform game

What I played was great. One big problem though is that when you die, you lose all of you abilities. I doubt that's supposed to happen. Going back to the main menu, the only available level was level 1.

I looks like this should be great fun, but two different times I tried to load it up and each time when died I lost the ability to jump. Also when starting from a save point the mage wouldn't give me a shield again! I hope the bugs get fixed so that this can be the little gem is should be.

Also incredible, I am on an incredible spree today with games on newgrounds! What a charming title! The character is great, the levels are great, the upgrades are great. The shop is ok, never was too much of a fan for all vanity item shops, I don't mind vanity items in shops as long as there are useful things to buy in it, but then again it wouldn't work to well with this game and their level designs.

Simple music, but never got on my nerves or seemed to out date itself during my time with the game. The game had comedy to it as well which is great. Simplicity really is key when it comes to this game, and you nailed it quite well while keeping things fresh and enjoyable. I would love to see new scenes and places (though I think I only got to level 25).
