insane.. bad music of suond effects

You know, you should probably include something on what the game is about or how you control it. I thought this was the intro, and I was waiting for a main menu, and by the time I realized this is the actual game, with bad pixel graphics, repetitive music, and unoriginal gameplay, the enemies were too close to defend against properly.
Also, your title of "Black Shooter: Rising" reminded me of Black Rock Shooter, so there was disappointment too.

All in all, contrary to your comments, this IS pretty much crap. I'm sorry, but I really can't say anything good about it...

Well at first the game was ok, but since you're quickly overwhelmed and you can't retry (at least I couldn't) when you get the, "You Fail" screen, coupled with the annoying orange strobe light effect when you get hit, it quickly became bad. If you make another game like this, you should add a cash/upgrade system to go along with a difficulty ramp and not constant strobe lighting as to avoid constant strobe lighting because it really hurts your eyes.

Just by the title this is racist, stop making racist games
