You can't submit an SWF to the art portal.
Okay, I submitted this as art but it didn't come out the way I wanted. So I decided to submit it as a movie until I understand the Art Portal. Plz look at this as art, not as a movie. In other words, I don't want comments saying things like "This is a really crappy movie" and anything else that calls this an animation.

When I saw that this review is helpful, all I could say is that there IS a way of submitting swf. files on the Art Portal and you do that by setting the movie on fullscreen, press printscreen, copy and paste into powerpoint, crop whatever shouldn't be there, then save it as picture. It's that easy.
This isn't the place for this. If you don't understand something, don't do it.
That said, this doesn't have much merit, dude. You didn't clean up the sketchlines, the hands are kindergartener-drawing clubs, and his face is ridiculously lopsided. Also, his head's too big, his arms are too long, and his torso is too short.
Oh, and don't START by drawing anime. All the little stylistic shit isn't supposed to be a crutch. I mean, I did the same thing when I was younger, but don't get better until you actually learn to draw without them.
This drawing was experimental. Normally, I don't draw anime cause it takes too long to draw one person. My characters are all currently being drawn in semi-chibi-somewhat-anime style or something close to that.
Submit art to the ART portal. Just cuz you don't know how to upload does NOT mean that you add it to places it does not belong, y'know?
I'm sorry, I just got too greedy for fame.
nice. but you don't understand about the art portal? Ask GoryBlizzard he'll tell you what to do. And don't submit your art. You'll get blamed.
Okay, but someone already told me why I had the problem. Turns out you need to be scouted.
Sorry, but this should be in the art section.
I know.
