There actually is a Batman villain called Man-Bat, and he pretty much looks like this. Pretty funny Flash though.

One day a bat was bitten by a radiactive man. The bat mutated into a extrange creature, half human half bat, and he was called Manbat.
Now, Manbat fights against villians at Sevilla City's streets... well, at least he try it...
