I am giving the author a 3 because of the voice acting, which was pretty poor. The animations were kind of cheap, but if that is what you were going for then alright. I like the concept, but the fact that Gabe Newell procrastinates is pretty known. This deserves to be added to the site, just not that decent of a rating.
