Not bad. His walk reminds me of the "Keep on Truckin...'" guy. Nice bit of nostalgia from the 70's.

A video to raise awareness about the ways of thumb whores. I admit I did copy guyjcollins' "Socks with Sandals" so go watch that because it's better than this.
The animation wasn't bad, you clearly have a god grasp of how movement works and should look. My critique is that your character design seems very weak. Take more time to plan out how characters' bodies should look.
