I don't much mind the tweens, the animation turns out rather unique anyway.
Though some parts seem to be missing, like his crotch in some parts... I get he has no ballz, but still.

Furthermore something is seriously wrong with the audio.
The lip-sync is off and perhaps unrelatedly I had to turn audio to max to hear what they said.

you used wayyyyyyyyyyyy to many tweens. next time don't use a shape tween for things like the laptop and don't uses the bone tool so much you can't be lazy with animation you'll have to draw more frames. the plot was grate. lip-syncing was bad you need to show the different shapes of the mouth for every sound.

your lipsyncing and shading need a massive overhaul. Everything is so ugly to look at. Your audio and animation could use some improvement too, but I'll let that slide, because audio is hard to do. I don't really feel a sense of style, and the message this thing conveys is cookie cutter stuff they preach to us in elementry school. It feels on sided. Teenage life is full of stupid drama and bullshit, there's alot to work with and I feel it's underutilized.... I don't even know why this exists.

This was a good message. Your flash skills are not fantastic. The walking animation should have been cut, since it's sub-par. The voice acting is passable, but could have used a bit more practice and inflection. You seem like a relative newbie, and for that.. this was a GREAT film. I think you can do better, with practice. Thanks for sharing the effort and keep improving.

This feels like the set-up for a Marc M cartoon, except there's no punchline. It's a very earnest and cliche simplification of our educational system. But the animation is good and I see where you're coming from.
